It is so nice to not drive 1 hour and 15 minutes one way into the office! I miss seeing people some, but the weight of not loving my job has left me. I apparently even used the word fun when discussing work with my husband as well–which I honestly haven’t done in a few years!

I have had a learning curve on getting up and running in my home office though. I have a comfy chair that is here, but it needs to be put together. I did get my mouse, keyboard and extra monitor connected. That was a huge blessing. I got a fancy keyboard though and I keep hitting the wrong letters–so another learning curve there.

The girls love that I am home more and can drive them to school or pick them up more regularly. Blossom loves it that I can be home more…as does Oliver and Luna. Luna has become my lap cat and has even joined a call or two with me!

All in all it’s been a great first four days! I am loving this choice and hope that it keeps going this well!
